Executive Assistant-Paytm Money

About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with senior leadership at Paytm Money. The EA will act as a strategic partner, providing critical support in business planning, operations, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will come from the broking industry, with strong exposure to financial markets and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership in managing daily priorities, strategic initiatives, and decision-making.
• Coordinate and follow up on business reviews, presentations, and strategic projects.
• Conduct market / industry analysis to provide insights for business growth and strategy.
• Ensure effective coordination between cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and track key deliverables, ensuring timelines are met.
• Support in regulatory, compliance, and business reviews specific to the broking business.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 college.
• 36 years of relevant experience in the broking industry.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, broking operations, and financial products.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
