Hiring : Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Bengaluru | Work From Office)
We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – HR to strengthen our HR function across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, engagement, payroll coordination, and compensation & benefits.
If you are someone who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with people, and building strong internal processes, we’d love to meet you.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end Recruitment for multiple departments
- Manage onboarding , documentation & HR operations
- Drive employee engagement , culture-building & communication
- Support payroll , compensation & benefits coordination
- Implement and maintain HR policies , compliance & reporting
