About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our growing development team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about backend engineering, possess strong hands-on experience in Core Java, and are well-versed with the Spring ecosystem and modern databases.

You will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high code quality standards. Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust Java-based applications.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to define and deliver software features.
Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and promoting best coding practices across the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high application availability.
Implement secure coding practices and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
Contribute to technical documentation and architectural Technical Skills :

Core Java :

Java 9+ (strong proficiency)

Multithreading and Concurrency

Streams API

Collections Framework

Functional Interfaces & Lambda Ecosystem :

Spring Framework

Spring Boot

Spring Batch

Spring Cloud Functions (nice to :

Relational : Oracle / PostgreSQL / SQL Server (expertise in at least one)

NoSQL : DynamoDB / MongoDB / DocumentDB (hands-on experience in at least Solutions :

Redis / InMem / Valkey (knowledge of at least one)

Nice to Have :

AWS Certification or hands-on experience with AWS services (a strong plus)

Exposure to front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and containerization tools

What Were Looking For :

6 - 8 years of professional experience in Java development.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.

Proven ability to build, deploy, and scale enterprise-level applications.
