Preparation of Concept Note, PPR, Business Proposal, BRD, FRS, As-Is, To-Be Process Documents,

Gap Analysis, Change Management

Stakeholder Management

• Design of MIS Dashboards catering to various KPIs that are critical from monitoring point of view

Review technical requirement documents and other project related deliverables, Evaluate

technical bids, Refine MOUs

Facilitate requirement gathering and solution demonstration workshops involving end users

across various Govt. hierarchies

Design wireframes and UI prototypes for future state business processes; Re-engineer the existing

processes

Coordinate with development / integration teams and end users for solution implementation

Perform functional testing , User Acceptance Testing support
