Role Overview

As a Business Analyst in the IDC team, you will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and the technology team. You will gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional documents, and support product development throughout the lifecycle. This role requires a mix of banking domain knowledge , strong analytical skills , and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Please note this role is mandate to possess Core Banking / Payments / Banking Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and client stakeholders to gather business requirements .
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) , and User Stories .
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure correct interpretation and implementation of requirements.
• Analyze existing product modules and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
• Participate in client workshops, UAT planning , and issue triaging .
• Create process flows, wireframes , and assist in defining UI / UX logic (where applicable).
• Conduct gap analysis for banking products and regulatory compliance features.
• Ensure requirements are aligned with the IDC product roadmap and standards.
