Role :
The Brand Executive / Manager at Messe Muenchen India will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our B2B trade shows. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, audience growth, and exhibitor engagement through digital, print, and partnership channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with project, sales, and design teams while managing agencies to deliver timely, ROI-driven campaigns. A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution is key to success in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
- Develop and execute 360° marketing plans for trade shows and conferences
- Drive visitor and exhibitor acquisition through targeted digital and offline campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (project, sales, content, design) and external agencies
- Manage event branding, creatives, media planning, and partner promotions
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Ensure timely launch and updates of marketing collaterals, brochures, and websites
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships for co-branded promotions
- Support PR and social media initiatives to amplify event visibility
- Contribute to post-event reporting and insights for continuous improvement
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on brand performance.
Candidate Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field5–8 years in B2B marketing, preferably in exhibitions, events, or mediaStrong grasp of : Integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and content strategyHands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and CRM toolsExcellent communication and copywriting skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines under tight deadlinesComfortable working with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external vendors / agenciesData-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance trackingCreative thinking with a flair for visual branding and messaging
