About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern with a strong interest in AI-powered platforms and automation tools. You will work on building intelligent, scalable systems that automate hiring workflows, optimize resumes, and integrate with AI services to enhance candidate success.

Responsibilities

Build responsive, interactive front-end components using React.js or Next.js

Develop RESTful APIs and backend logic with Node.js / Express.js or Django / FastAPI

Design and implement workflow automations (e.g., resume parsing pipelines, bulk job applications, AI-driven recommendations)

Integrate AI-based services such as :

• OpenAI APIs (e.g., GPT for resume enhancement or JD parsing)
• Resume parsing engines (Affinda, Sovren, LangChain integrations)
• NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face) for keyword extraction and job matching

Work with MongoDB / PostgreSQL for user and job data

Implement authentication & authorization with JWT / OAuth2

Deploy applications on cloud platforms like Vercel, Render, or AWS

Collaborate with UI / UX designers to convert wireframes into production-ready features

Write clean, modular, testable code with Git-based version control

Technical Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Next.js

Backend experience with Node.js / Express.js or Python (Django / FastAPI)

Hands-on experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL

Strong ability to build automations (scripts, workflow pipelines, integrations)

Previous experience working with AI / ML tools or projects (OpenAI, LLMs, embeddings, NLP, LangChain, etc.)

Experience with REST API development and integration

Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub)

Understanding of responsive design, security best practices, and performance optimization

Bonus : Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB) or custom AI agents

Preferred Skills

UI libraries like Tailwind CSS, MUI, or Chakra UI

Familiarity with Docker or containerization concepts

Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2)

Agile practices and tools like Trello or JIRA

Interest in AI-driven workflow orchestration and automation pipelines

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Computer Science, AI / ML, Web Development, or related fields

OR equivalent hands-on project experience in full-stack development, automation, and AI
