Performance Marketing Executive (Part-Time) — Omnicom Incrix Group
Omnicom Group’s digital performance arm, Omnicom Incrix Group , is expanding. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to support high-impact paid acquisition campaigns on a flexible part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels
Own core KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign ROI
Build audiences, run A / B tests, adjust bids / budgets, and improve funnel efficiency
Analyze data via Google Analytics and internal dashboards to deliver actionable insights
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and stakeholders
Partner with creative and content teams to align messaging with paid strategy
Stay updated on paid media trends, policy changes, and algorithm updates
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition (freelance, agency, or in-house)
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization logic
Comfortable interpreting data and making fast, informed decisions
Fluent in English (written & verbal). Vietnamese is a plus
Self-managed, structured, and able to execute independently
Availability of 15-20 hours / week (flexible scheduling, remote work accepted)
