Sales Development Representative (SDR)

India & UAE Business Development Focus

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid — 2 days / week from office)

Experience : 2–5 years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales / Lead Generation

Reports to : Head of GTM & Sales

Role Overview

As an SDR at ImpactSuite.AI, you’ll be responsible for creating and qualifying opportunities across India and the Middle East.

You’ll be the first point of contact for CXOs, VPs of Sales, and Operations leaders — helping them discover how ImpactSuite can transform their field teams’ productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and engage ICP accounts across India and UAE (FMCG, Pharma, Agri, Infra, Retail).
• Execute personalized outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Book and qualify 50+ discovery meetings per quarter aligned with GTM goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with AEs on handover and meeting prep (context, decision-makers, challenges).
• Participate in industry webinars, events, and roundtables for lead generation.
• Provide qualitative feedback to marketing & product on ICP trends.
