Automation Anywhere Developer - RPA

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere Developer to design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using Automation Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using the Automation Anywhere platform.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Design RPA process flows, create PDD and TDD documents.
• Create bots using reusable components, objects, and scripts for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop attended and unattended bots, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Integrate bots with databases, APIs, ERP systems, and web / cloud applications.
• Implement error handling, logging, and exception management within bots.
• Perform unit testing, participate in peer reviews, and support UAT and deployment.
• Monitor bot performance and ensure business continuity with support and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver Skills Required :
• Automation Anywhere v11 & A360 (Cloud / On-Premise)
• MetaBots, IQ Bots, Bot Insight
• Web automation, desktop automation, Citrix and terminal emulator automation
• API Integration (REST / SOAP), JSON / XML handling
• Database integration using SQL queries
• Handling PDFs, Excel automation, email :
• Scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript, or Python
• Understanding of .NET or Java is an advantage
• Process Discovery and Documentation (e.g., PDD / TDD creation)
• Familiarity with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, Tesseract, IQ Bot)
• Working knowledge of source control tools like Git
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI / CD tools, and DevOps principles for RPA Skills :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Detail-oriented with a structured development approach
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
