We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients' online presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and strategist — capable of producing engaging content, building brand voice, and managing campaigns that drive community growth, engagement, and conversions.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end social media management : from content creation (copy, graphics, short-form videos) to publishing, analytics, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and ads aligned with brand tone and strategy.
- Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality graphics, reels, and videos.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Manage community engagement : respond to comments, messages, and foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with SEO / PPC teams to align organic and paid strategies.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare monthly reports.
- Suggest innovative ideas to grow reach, followers, and engagement.

2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (agency experience preferred).Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content design tools.Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).Strong understanding of platform algorithms and social media trends.Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) is a plus.Skills Required
