Job descriptionLeverage CI / CD pipelines using GitLab for continuous integration and delivery Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to team planning, reviews, and retrospectives Promote and enhance internal documentation and development processes Support performance tuning, security testing, and system scalability efforts 3+ years (Software Engineer) / 8+ years (Senior Software Engineer) of experience in software engineering Minimum 1+ years (SE) / 3+ years (Sr SE) in Golang and React development Experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native development Proficiency in cloud technologies such as : GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Apigee, Terraform, Helm, Istio, Envoy, Datadog Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and REST API development Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and the full web development lifecycle Experience writing automated tests using Cypress or similar tools Familiarity with GitLab, version control, and CI / CD best practices Experience or training in Agile Scrum methodology Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in constructive technical discussions Exposure to the insurance domain Hands-on experience or interest in AI development and programming Experience with RestSharp for API testing and integration Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for collaborative problem-solving Be part of a team that’s not afraid to innovate Work with cutting-edge technologies Thrive in a culture that values learning, growth, and inclusion Contribute to solutions that genuinely improve customer experiences

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Personal Lines Insurance Team . This role is ideal for professionals who value collaboration, diversity of thought, continuous learning, and who bring a balance of technical excellence and a positive team spirit.
Working in an Agile environment, you’ll contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web-based solutions using a modern tech stack. A strong emphasis is placed on testing methodologies and automation best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based solutions using Golang, React, PostgreSQL, Apigee
- Collaborate with team members to implement software based on design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and efficiency
- Utilize AI-powered tools (e.G., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding, debugging, and problem-solving
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends
- Contribute to architectural decisions, identifying technical risks and opportunities
- Build and test RESTful APIs;
automate test cases using Cypress and related tools
