Senior Construction Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our construction activities in the Oil & Gas industry.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership and project execution skills. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing large-scale multi-discipline projects.

  • About This Role :
  • We are looking for a seasoned project manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning and Execution :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project are executed according to plan, including coordination with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and external partners.
  • Team Leadership :
  • Leverage your exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team of construction professionals.
  • Cultivate a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Quality and Safety :
  • Embed a culture of zero tolerance for non-compliance and safety incidents.
  • Implement robust quality control measures to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
  • Performance Monitoring :
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress and team performance.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.

    • Main Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including 10+ years on overseas projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
