Hiring : Senior Backend + Smart Contract Developer (Web3)

We’re looking for a highly experienced Backend + Smart Contract Developer with a strong grasp of blockchain architecture and mid-level AWS expertise to join our innovative Web3 team. This is your chance to design and build cutting-edge decentralized systems that scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Smart Contract Development :
  • Architect, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts (Solidity / Rust) for Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and other L1 / L2 networks.
  • Conduct in-depth testing, auditing, and gas optimization.
  • Backend Engineering & Blockchain Architecture :
  • Design high-performance backend systems and scalable blockchain architectures.
  • Build and maintain APIs, node integrations, and indexing services (e.g., The Graph, Alchemy, Infura).
  • Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS) :
  • Deploy and manage backend services using AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS) and cloud best practices.
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring solutions.
  • Security & Optimization :
  • Ensure system security, resilience, and gas optimization.
  • Apply best practices for mitigating vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow, etc.).
  • Collaboration & Ownership :
  • Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust end-to-end blockchain products.
  • Take complete ownership from architecture to deployment.

Must-have Qualifications

  • 4+ years in backend development and 2+ years in smart contract development.
  • Deep understanding of Ethereum, EVM architecture, L2 scaling solutions, and DeFi / NFT standards (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155).
  • Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one systems language (Go, Rust, or C++).
  • Strong experience in blockchain solution architecture for scalable dApps.
  • Mid-level experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS).
  • Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready blockchain systems.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Web3.js / Ethers.js.
  • AWS DevOps experience for blockchain-based apps, including CI / CD pipelines and container orchestration.
  • Cross-chain development and interoperability protocol expertise.
  • Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (ZK-SNARKs / STARKs).
  • Experience with audited DeFi protocols.
  • Familiarity with L2 rollups, bridges, and advanced blockchain scaling techniques.
  • Exposure to NFTs, DeFi mechanics, and modern blockchain infrastructure.
