Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, located in Jaipur. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and improving customer service. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Sales
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
• Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary : 3LPA to 3.6LPA (Fixed) + 3% ESOPs
