Presales Executive(Voice Process)

Role Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Presales Executive – Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, handling customer queries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This is a voice-based process requiring excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on leads provided.

Explain products / services and generate interest.

Qualify leads based on customer requirements and forward them to the sales team.

Maintain and update CRM with lead information and call status.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely escalation of high-interest cases.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.

Meet daily / weekly call and conversion targets.

Key Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages, if required).

Prior experience in a voice process, telesales, or presales role preferred (6 months to 2 years).

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and respond effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience in real estate or home interiors industry is a plus.

In-hand Salary budget- upto Rs 35000 per month.
