Role Description
We are hiring a sharp, driven Digital Ad Sales Professional - Programmatic vertical for our Mumbai office (full-time, on-site).
The ideal candidate has strong digital advertising and sales understanding, solid agency relationships, and the ability to map platform capabilities to tangible business outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to agencies and trading desks (60%) and direct advertisers (40%)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority categories;
ensure consistent closures.
Create solutions, media plans, and campaign strategies for client growth and retention.Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM / pipeline updates.Handle clients and internal stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strong communication.Work with a goal-oriented mindset, managing deadlines and fast-paced expectations.Requirements
3–7 years of experience in digital ad sales / programmatic or publisher sales in Mumbai (mandatory).Professionals with prior experience of selling branding solutionsStrong existing relationships with agencies—GroupM, Publicis, Havas, Dentsu, IPG, OMG, etc.—and direct brands. Additionally, experience in selling to mid-size / boutique agencies is a plus.Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem : programmatic, audience targeting, performance marketing, CTV.Self-driven, relationship-led, and motivated to build long-term revenue partnerships.
