Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management :

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Project Management : Manage multiple projects across branding, digital, print, and advertising.
• Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with design, content, digital, and production teams to deliver exceptional work.
• Strategic Thinking : Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients.
• Financial Management : Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates.
• Ensure profitability on projects by managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Presentation & Reporting : Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
• Track and report project performance and KPIs.
