We are now seeking a Lead AI Developer who can bridge business requirements with cutting-edge AI solutions, and independently design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems , including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based applications .

Role Overview

As a Lead AI Developer , you will be responsible for :

• Understanding business challenges and translating them into AI / ML / GenAI use cases
• Leading end-to-end AI solution delivery (problem scoping → model development → deployment → monitoring)
• Driving innovation through Generative AI, RAG-based applications, and advanced ML models
• Working independently with business & technical stakeholders to deliver measurable value
