Core shift : 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM UK Time (Rotational 2 shifts in IST)

Flexibility within this window is required to meet business needs.

On-call support may be needed occasionally until 11 : 00 PM UK Time.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a knowledgeable Oracle ARCS or HPCM / PCMCS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our EPM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional expertise in reconciliation, financial consolidation and data management, coupled with technical skills and scripting. This role involves supporting, configuring, and enhancing EPM solutions to support financial consolidation, planning, reconciliation and reporting processes. Oracle PBCS is the main application being used, however we require ARCS and HPCM expertise to complement the existing team. Candidates must therefore be willing to cross-train in PBCS and help others learn ARCS or PCMCS.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional support and configuration for EPM modules covering :

SmartView

Reconciliation

Budgeting and Forecasting

Allocation processes (Actuals, Budget)

Data Load & Management

Metadata Load & Management

Task List management for Budget and Forecast submissions

Month-end and Year-end reporting

Financial close

Support and perform technical configuration and scripting within Oracle EPM suite :

ARCS, FCCS, PBCS, PCMCS, Calculation Manager, SmartView

Data Entry Forms and reports

Use EPM Automate for automation and batch processing

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with financial planning and reporting goals.

Support migration, upgrades, and patching activities as required.

Provide occasional on-call support outside regular business hours for urgent issues.

Qualifications & Skills :

Functional Skills :

Strong understanding of financial processes relating to PCMCS or ARCS

Experience with metadata management, data load strategies, and task list management.

Knowledge of financial consolidation or reconciliation and reporting best practices.

Experience with Oracle HPCM / PCMCS or ARCS modules

Experience with Oracle FCCS, EDMCS or PBCS modules is a plus

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in FDMEE (Data Management), Calculation Manager, EPMAutomate

Ability to develop and troubleshoot complex business rules, calculations, and custom scripts.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2 years of experience working with Hyperion / Oracle EPM applications in a functional and technical capacity.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
