Packaging Designer (Internship / Part-Time)

About Us

At Hill Queen Tea , we’re crafting more than just teas — we’re creating a premium, poetic, Himalayan-inspired experience . Packaging plays a central role in telling our story, and we’re seeking a  skilled designer  to help bring it to life across  pouches, gift sets, and product experiences .

P.S. : This role is for someone who has already worked in the FMCG / D2C space and understands the nuances of packaging design, brand storytelling, and digital branding.

This role offers INR 6k- 8K / Month [Based on Experience]. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and help us stand out from our competitors?

What You’ll Be Doing

Packaging Design : Create retail-ready packaging, including stand-up pouches, dip tea pouches, gifting boxes, sleeves, and premium kits.

Brand Collaterals : Design banners, posters, and campaign creatives for both offline & online use .

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in FMCG / D2C packaging design (pouches, labels, gifting sets).

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and printing processes .

Ability to adapt designs for multiple media (print, digital, e-commerce) .

Detail-oriented, consistent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with a keen sense of premium aesthetics .

Bonus : Experience with mockup tools or 3D visualization for packaging.

This is not a role for “just a graphic designer.” We’re looking for someone who can elevate packaging into storytelling and help Hill Queen Tea create a memorable, premium presence across retail shelves, digital platforms, and consumer experiences.
