Core Services :

As a leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring a Lead Data Engineer to work on a project for our client, which is the largest provider of telecoms and mobile money services in 14 countries spanning Sub-Saharan, Central, and Western Africa.

Job Details :

Experience : 8+ years with strong hands-on experience in Python & SQL development

CTC Bracket : Competitive and commensurate with experience

Qualification : BE / B Tech / MCA / BCA / MTech.

Location : Gurugram (WFO - 5 days)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)

Mandatory Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in Python , including data processing, automation, frameworks, and writing modular, reusable code.

Expert-level SQL including Advanced PL / SQL , query writing, stored procedures, performance tuning & optimization

Skills Required :

Expert in advanced SQL, PL / SQL, query optimization & performance tuning and Python.

Strong experience with Oracle / PostgreSQL + working knowledge of NoSQL

Hands-on with ETL tools (Talend / NiFi) & CDC tools (Debezium / GoldenGate)

Good knowledge of Linux , debugging, computer science fundamentals

Hands-on experience on Big Data (Hadoop / Spark).

Roles & Responsibilities :

Build & optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL

Design and manage ETL workflows and CDC-based data processes

Improve database structures, query performance, and data quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Testing, Deployment, Support)

Troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, and adopt new best practices
