Role - Branding Manager FMCG (New Product Launches)
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Positioning :
- Develop and refine the brands positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework aligned with business goals.
- Translate the brand vision into a comprehensive brand strategy across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead brand architecture decisions and ensure brand consistency across product lines and business units.
New Product Launch Management :
Manage end-to-end branding for new product introductions (NPI) including packaging, naming, brand architecture, launch communication, and retail support.Develop go-to-market strategies including ATL, BTL, digital, shopper marketing, and in-store visibility.Monitor post-launch performance, consumer feedback, and brand health KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Brand Identity & Creative Oversight :
Oversee the development and application of brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand assets.Collaborate with design, content, and external agencies to produce high-quality brand materials (ads, packaging, digital content, etc.).Manage brand launches, rebranding initiatives, and refreshes.Campaign & Communication Management :
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, social media, and traditional media platforms.Partner with the PR and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling.Monitor competitor branding and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.Consumer & Market Insights :
Conduct brand health tracking, market research, and customer feedback analysis to guide branding decisions.Use insights to optimize brand experience and customer engagement strategies.Collaboration & Leadership :
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Buying & Merchandising, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing to align on brand initiatives.Manage relationships with branding agencies, consultants, and creative vendors.Key Skills & Competencies :
