Job Purpose :

To manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP), operational Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and planning cycles, ensuring timely availability of Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM) and supporting cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

MRP & Planning Cycle

Execute MRP runs and ensure timely material availability.

Maintain planning calendars and adhere to operational S&OP timelines.

RMPM Shortages & Follow-Up

Monitor raw and packaging material shortages and take proactive follow-up actions.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply gaps.

Cross-Functional Team Support

Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, DRA, PD, and CQA teams to ensure seamless supply planning.

Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders.

Inventory & Data Management

Track inventory levels and ensure alignment with production plans.

Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems.

Qualification & Preferred Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 2-4 years of experience in supply planning.

Exposure to Pharma industry processes and ERP systems.

Strong coordination and communication skills.
