- Proven ability to design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering).
- Comfort with growth and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, HubSpot / Salesforce) and light SQL / spreadsheet modeling.
