We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support business decisions.
  • Develop financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to evaluate performance metrics.
  • Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
  • Strong analytical and Excel / modelling skills (knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
