Learning & Development Manager - Part-Time

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, instructional design expertise, and operational execution to foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building. Learning Solutions Development Collaborate with assigned business units to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions aligned with strategic goals and Turbo ambitions Develop and facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, and eLearning content using instructional design principles. Data Analysis & Reporting Co-create learning journeys with reputed institutes, integrating industry practices and organisational context. Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, L&D, or related field. ~5-12+ years of experience in L&D. Experience in OD will be a plus. ~ Strong facilitation, instructional design, and eLearning development skills (use of Articulate 360 or equivalent software, conversant with using and deploying learning through LMS.
