The Recruiter will play a key role in driving Netweb Technologies’ talent acquisition strategy by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across functions. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers, ensuring staffing needs are met within defined timelines and budgets, and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions — from requisition to onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT and in alignment with staff cost budgets .
- Source candidates using diverse channels (job portals, social media, internal referrals, campus, and consultants) to maintain a healthy and cost-effective source mix .
- Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) regularly to ensure data accuracy and reporting compliance.
Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring smooth induction and early engagement.Partner with HR Operations for BGV (Background Verification) initiation and closure within defined timelines.Stakeholder Management & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact (POC) for hiring managers regarding recruitment progress and hiring metrics.Partner with HRBPs to support HR initiatives at the location / function level.Liaise with department heads and HR teams to drive employee engagement initiatives and support local HR activities.Required Qualifications & Skills
Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.Experience : 4–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT hardware / manufacturing / technology services industry .Proven experience in bulk hiring and niche technical hiring.Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, , etc.) and ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit preferred).Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint for recruitment analytics and reporting.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
