Account Manager- US Staffing

Timings- 06 : 00 pm to 03 : 00 am / 07 : 00 pm to 04 : 00 am

Location- Mohali

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of Account Management experience in US IT staffing, preferably with State and Federal clients (direct accounts, not VMS).
• Strong understanding of staffing solutions and client needs within a VMS / MSP environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Technical educational background preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and governance skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Prior experience in managing direct State and Federal accounts, with a proven track record of submission to end customers.
