Job descriptionUse reporting and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct audits for assigned client accounts and assist with other accounts as needed. Analyse paid search beta tests and explore new platforms to stay ahead of industry trends. Build and optimise marketing funnels, including CRO, email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation. Work closely with the client services team to communicate paid search performance, opportunities, and growth forecasts. Build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations to drive results. 5+ years of experience managing complex paid search campaigns across diverse industries. Proven expertise in lead generation and e-commerce sales success metrics. In-depth knowledge of Paid Search campaign management, optimisation practices, and search retargeting. Experience with funnel building is a plus. Google Certifications (Fundamentals, Analytics, and AdWords) are required. Strong understanding of attribution models and their impact on Paid Search activities. A results-driven mindset with a desire to see projects through to completion. Experience mentoring and developing new talent is a bonus. Excellent client-facing skills with a passion for building meaningful relationships. Fluency in Google Suite (Docs, Looker Studio, Sheets, etc.). Be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team where your ideas and expertise make a real impact. We are seeking a Senior PPC Specialist to join our team and drive incredible client results through PPC. In this role, you'll balance strategy and execution, lead by example, and help manage projects and daily activities. If you're passionate about paid search, love solving complex challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing :
Campaign Strategy & Management :
- Plan, set up, and manage Paid Search (PPC / SEM) campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, and ongoing optimisation.
- Oversee daily campaign management, including budget allocation, bid strategies, negative keyword implementation, and category exclusions.
- Optimise ad copy, landing pages, and conversion actions to meet client goals and maximise performance.
