Role Overview :

We are seeking a Sales Executive (After-Sales Calling) who will focus on customer satisfaction and engagement . Unlike traditional sales, this role does not involve selling products , but instead emphasizes connecting with customers post-purchase to ensure a smooth experience, address concerns, and encourage positive feedback.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make after-sales calls to customers who have recently purchased Cellbell products.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase and resolve minor queries or issues.
  • Collect feedback on product quality, delivery, and overall experience.
  • Encourage customers to share genuine reviews and ratings on online platforms.
  • Document feedback systematically and share insights with the customer support and product teams.
  • Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone in all communications.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to strengthen brand trust.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in , tele sales, or after-sales support, Sales Executive.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to build rapport and handle conversations with patience and empathy.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate responses.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
  • Self-motivated, customer-centric, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
