Role Overview :
We are seeking a Sales Executive (After-Sales Calling) who will focus on customer satisfaction and engagement . Unlike traditional sales, this role does not involve selling products , but instead emphasizes connecting with customers post-purchase to ensure a smooth experience, address concerns, and encourage positive feedback.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make after-sales calls to customers who have recently purchased Cellbell products.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase and resolve minor queries or issues.
- Collect feedback on product quality, delivery, and overall experience.
- Encourage customers to share genuine reviews and ratings on online platforms.
- Document feedback systematically and share insights with the customer support and product teams.
- Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone in all communications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to strengthen brand trust.
Requirements :
Proven experience in , tele sales, or after-sales support, Sales Executive.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to build rapport and handle conversations with patience and empathy.Strong listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate responses.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).Self-motivated, customer-centric, and target-driven with a positive attitude.What We Offer :
