🚨 We’re Hiring : Project Associate Executives & Sponsorship Executives! 🚨

Transformance Forums is expanding! We’re looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven professionals to join our growing team.

📍 Location : Mira Road

👤 Experience : 0–2 years (Project Associate) | 1–3 years (Sponsorship Executive)

💼 Industry : B2B Events & Corporate Awards

✨ Open Positions : 🔹 Project Associate Executive

What You’ll Do :

Pitch and confidently communicate with senior-level executives
Build and maintain strong professional relationships
Make 50–70 impactful connections daily to promote exciting business events
Negotiate and close paid award opportunities

What We’re Looking For :

Excellent spoken & written English

Strong communication and professional phone etiquette

Confident, enthusiastic, and self-driven personality

Graduation (any stream) | Age : 20+

Passion for sales and networking

🔹 Sponsorship Executive (Experienced)

What You’ll Do :

Pitch and secure sponsorship deals for International B2B Conferences

Build long-term partnerships with industry leaders and brands

Identify potential sponsors and manage end-to-end negotiation and closure

What We’re Looking For :

1–3 years of experience in B2B sponsorship sales

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Target-driven and proactive approach
