We’re looking for a Business & Marketing Operations Associate to join our team — someone who can help us grow our internal marketing, streamline operations, and drive business development efforts.

What You’ll Do

Manage internal marketing & social media for the studio
Support business development through research, outreach, and proposals
Coordinate email marketing campaigns & lead tracking
Assist with operations : creating systems, documentation, and supporting hiring
Collaborate across teams to keep processes smooth and efficient

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or operations (agency / creative industry preferred)

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive multitasker

Interest in branding, design, and consumer product industries

Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
