Accounts Manager (CA / CA INTER)

We are now looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations.

The Accounts Manager will lead the company’s accounting and financial management processes. The role requires a seasoned professional with minimum 15 years of relevant experience, exceptional skills in Advanced Excel and financial data analysis, and a proven ability to manage complex accounting operations. Preference will be given to CA or CA Inter qualified candidates who are available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities :

• Bank Reconciliation (BRS) : Regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Cash Management Information Systems (MIS) : Prepare and manage detailed cash flow reports, track daily cash activities, and maintain accurate cash records.
• Letter of Credit (LC) : Oversee the complete LC process, including issuance, amendments, and settlements.
• Balance Sheet Preparation : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets and related financial reports.
• Taxation : Manage tax-related responsibilities including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
• Tax Entries : Accurately record all tax-related entries in the accounting system.
• Account Finalization : Finalize accounts annually and ensure financial statements comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Internal Audit Handling : Coordinate and support internal audit processes, address audit queries, and implement audit recommendations.
• Financial Reporting : Maintain accounting records in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Compliance & Regulations : Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
• Advanced Excel Data Analysis : Create and maintain complex Excel models for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis (using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query).
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for efficiency and accuracy in accounting systems and workflows.
