Senior Manager Fleet Office and Pilot Engagement

Job Summary :

Oversee daily operations streamline office systems and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of fleet-related activities. Lead initiatives to enhance pilot satisfaction and retention through targeted programs like feedback systems wellness efforts and recognition schemes. Manage full lifecycle of strategic projectsfrom planning and budgeting to implementation and reviewensuring timely delivery and impactful outcomes

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily operations of the Fleet Office administrative team ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tasks.
• Implement and maintain efficient office systems processes and documentation standards to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments such as Operations HR Legal and Finance to ensure alignment and timely execution of fleet-related activities
• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving pilot engagement satisfaction and retention across the organization.
• Design and execute pilot-focused programs such as feedback mechanisms recognition schemes wellness initiatives and communication platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify engagement gaps and develop targeted solutions that address pilot needs and operational goals.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecyclesfrom planning and budgeting to rollout and post-implementation reviewensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
