Spare Parts Specialist - Global Aftersales (Apply in 3 Minutes)

Assist the service and sales teams to identify spare parts of the automated welding and cutting equipment. Review drawings and bill of materials to identify a correct repair parts for specific piece of equipment and check their availability.

Recommend replacement parts when necessary. Provide product data for item setup. Review technical literature and engineering drawings to make recommendations on aftersales offerings.

Become capable of :

• given machine model and serial number locate the drawings and bill of material
• review drawings and bill of materials to identify the spares
• be able to identify a part numbers based on written description or pictures provided by requestors
• be able to search bill of materials in PLM and ERP systems
• be able to identify a correct source of information if documentation search does not included the data searched In support of the Aftersales Key Initiatives :
• provide timely and accurate answers to service, sales and customers - response time reduction
• evaluating component if should be sellable
• assist aftersales team in parts categorization
