We’re Hiring : SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Expert (6+ Years).

Claidroid Technologies is looking for a certified SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay professional with 6+ years of exclusive hands-on experience. If you’re passionate about HR technology, thrive in global projects, and have led multiple end-to-end implementations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and align with SF-COMP & VP capabilities.
Integrate Compensation & Variable Pay with other SAP SF modules and external systems.

What We’re Looking For

Certified SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay professional.

6–8 years of exclusive experience in Compensation & Variable Pay modules.

Minimum 2 end-to-end life-cycle implementations.

Strong understanding of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, workflows.

Expertise in provisioning system.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
