Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical System Analyst with a strong background in IT solutions and enterprise systems to join our fast growing team. This role is instrumental in supporting the sales and business development functions by leading and preparing comprehensive, high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other customer questionnaires . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer requirements, working closely with product managers, engineering, compliance, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
RFI / RFP Management :
- Analyze RFI / RFP documents to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of crafting compelling, compliant, and customized responses.
- Gather, synthesize, and format content from various internal sources to construct accurate and persuasive proposals.
Technical Analysis and Solution Mapping :
Understand the full capabilities of the company’s systems and solutions, including architecture, features, and configuration options.Translate customer requirements into proposed system solutions, ensuring alignment with product capabilities.Work with engineering and product teams to address complex technical queries.Collaboration and Communication :
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, legal, product, and delivery teams to obtain necessary information and approvals.Serve as a key point of contact for pre-sales technical queries related to proposals.Documentation and Knowledge Management :
Maintain a repository of standard RFI / RFP responses, technical solution templates, and support documentation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the proposal process, templates, and tools.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial, Mechnical or Biomedical Engineering, or related field.3–5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, systems analysis, or proposal-writing role.Strong understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, QMS, PLM, SRM, etc.)Strong understanding of Life Sciences (Pharma / Biotech or MedTech) industriesProven experience responding to complex RFI / RFPs.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with tools such as RFPIO, Loopio, or similar RFP automation platforms.Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences and industrial manufacturing is a plus.Knowledge of GxP, ISO, or other compliance frameworks.Key Skills :
