About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), with the ability to build, train, and deploy AI / ML models for real-world applications. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals passionate about innovation and problem-solving using AI.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement AI / ML models and algorithms.
  • Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
  • Build, optimize, and deploy AI solutions for production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and applications.
  • Research and experiment with new AI / ML techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document and present technical solutions, model performance, and findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML development.
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
  • Strong understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.
  • Experience with data handling, preprocessing, and visualization (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI / ML model deployment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, or MLOps frameworks is an advantage.
