Senior Manager - Budgeting & Costing (Civil)

PURPOSE

To develop, monitor, and control project budgets for all civil works, ensuring financial accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery. The role focuses on cost estimation, budgeting, rate analysis, and variance tracking across structural, architectural, and finishing works while collaborating closely with design, project, and procurement teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Operational Excellence

• Prepare detailed budgets and cost plans for structural, architectural, and finishing works across hospitality and project sites.
• Ensure cost accuracy through validation of BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Standardize costing formats and maintain an updated cost database for benchmarking and forecasting.
• Track and report cost variances against approved budgets and recommend corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate / Postgraduate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

WORK EXPERIENCE

10–15 years of experience in budgeting, costing, or quantity surveying within the real estate, hospitality, or infrastructure sectors.
