Frontend Architect - React.js / TypeScript

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 10+ Years (with strong expertise in Frontend architecture)

Role & Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the frontend architecture strategy, standards, and best practices for large-scale web applications.
• Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance React.js applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.
• Establish reusable UI component libraries and ensure consistency across applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security with best-in-class frontend practices.
• Mentor and guide frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Research and adopt modern frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep the stack up to date.
• Integrate frontend solutions with APIs, cloud services, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment on technical decisions and delivery milestones.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
