Job Description - Consultant (Architects) – AHA! Smart Homes
Overview
Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and Electricians (AIDCE) are an integral part of the Lead to Cash Cycle for our industry.
They are looked up to by both customers as well as organizations like us.
The Consultant (AIDCE) will be responsible for building strong relationships with the organisations and individuals in this channel. This role involves educating the channel about AHA!’s products and solutions to key stakeholders in this channel. The end objective will be to be the solution of choice within the AIDCE community.
Location
The role is expected to cover AIDCEs across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and will involve a lot of local travel. As such, our main centre is located off Linking Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai - https : / / maps.app.goo.gl / 56MPpg9XZPsWBb1Y9.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Ability to open doors where a relationship does not exist
Build credibility for yourself as well as AHA! within the channel
Nurture and grow the relationship with AIDCEs within the territory
Be the trusted advisor to the channel for all things Home Automation
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on the company's products, solutions, and industry.
Demonstrate the product & its benefits to AIDCEs & their clients.
Provide technical assistance and support to clients as needed.
Scheduling & Follow-Ups :
Manage weekly / fortnightly / monthly schedules with AIDCEs
Follow up with clients expected at the center to confirm their visit.
Be diligent not pushy - but ensure at least 25 unique meetings / month
Market Analyses
Updated on industry developments - primary & secondary sources
Communicate product ideas and use cases with the relevant teams
Cadence (Reviews)
Regular & accurate
update of CRM
Bi-weekly, fortnightly, monthly & quarterly reviews
Presentations / Demos (for both AIDCEs & Clients of AIDCEs)
Answer all queries with an open mind
Educate on automation solutions, features, and benefits.

Working Hours
Days - 6 days a week
Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be working due to high demand
Weekly offs will be on one day from Monday to Thursday
8 to 9 hours per working day
You will be eligible for a total of 85 days off in a calendar year (January to December). All leaves indicated below are are mutually exclusive
Up to 52 weekly offs
Up to 21 Personal / Earned Leaves (PL) - after probation period (6 months) i.e. 1.75 days PL per month.
Up to 10 public holidays (as per calendar published every year)
