The Internship Journey
- Month 1 : Foundation & Positioning
- Build a strong LinkedIn profile & personal brand.
- Learn the psychology of client hunting and acquisition.
- Observe and shadow real campaigns.
- Month 2 : Prospecting & Outreach
- Hands-on use of industry tools for outreach.
- Execute live prospecting campaigns.
- Learn to write impactful sales messages that get replies.
- Month 3 : Conversion & Closing
- Master pitch delivery and client conversations.
- Participate in real meetings with prospects.
- Learn negotiation and closing techniques.
- Post-Internship (Optional 3-Month Extension) :
- Transition into a commission-only role with 20% commission per client conversion .
- Performance evaluation for potential long-term association.
