The position

As a Senior Associate I, you will : Manage Procure to Pay (P2P) activities. Meet operational KPIs and individual targets. Handle order management, including PR to PO conversion and PO amendments / closure. Resolve invoice blocks by collaborating with the payables team. Manage GR / IR imbalances through collaboration with end users and suppliers. Address user / supplier queries in line with TAT & C-SAT. Ensure high customer satisfaction through First Time Right (FTR) resolution. Maintain PO compliance and participate in yearly SOX Audits. Facilitate supplier onboarding / change requests in Coupa. Drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo. Support teams within the area of responsibility and within Finance GBS. Identify and report any non-compliance issues. Focus on customer service and service targets according to SLAs. Review and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and relevant process details. Support ad-hoc PO reporting and volume allocation for the team. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who have : A bachelor’s / master’s degree from a reputed university (preferably in business administration / Finance / supply chain). 3-5 years of experience in purchase to pay (P2P) activities across Indirect Procurement categories. Strong expertise in SAP MM, Coupa, Ariba, and other ERPs / P2P systems. Strong business acumen and understanding of the P2P value chain. Excellent communication skills (oral and written English). Basic MS Office knowledge. Ability to work and communicate effectively with people from different cultures and organisational levels. Experience in process optimization and automation. Strong inter-personal skills, stakeholder management, and collaborative working. Flexibility to support under different time zones.
