Job description

are looking for a Product Manager (23 years of experience) to lead our in-house CRM platform the critical system powering Wealthys sales, RM, and partner operations. This pod is at the heart of our business, helping track performance, streamline partner management, and bring visibility to sales numbers across the organization.

As the PM for CRM, youll be responsible for :

  • Owning the CRM roadmap and driving enhancements that improve usability, reporting, and business insights.
  • Working closely with sales, RMs, and leadership to translate business needs into product requirements.
  • Designing and improving data-heavy dashboards and workflows that provide real-time, actionable insights.
  • Partnering with design and engineering teams to ensure fast, high-quality delivery.
  • Maintaining strong analytics discipline measuring adoption, data accuracy, and ROI of CRM features.

What Youll Bring :

  • 23 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or internal tools.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable diving into data, SQL, and dashboards.
  • A track record of collaborating with business / sales teams and converting operational pain points into product solutions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle : discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
  • Bonus : Exposure to sales enablement tools, CRM platforms, or internal business systems.
