Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a diligent QA Associate / Manager to join our team.About The Role : As our solo QA Analyst, you’ll own the end-to-end quality assurance process across all e-commerce websites and funnels, ensuring that all builds are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards. Build, maintain, and document reusable QA checklist templates for consistent testing across devices and browsers.Create detailed, thoughtful QA test cases that address both functionality and user experience.Perform manual QA testing across development builds, staging environments, and live releases.Log clear, actionable bug reports and collaborate closely with engineers and platform teams to resolve them.Conduct regular “bug hunts” to identify critical issues and proactively follow up to ensure timely fixes.Support the team in diagnosing and resolving live site issues quickly and efficiently.About You : You’re passionate about building seamless, high-performing digital experiences.You have a sharp eye for design and UX details and love spotting inconsistencies others miss. You also have a strong design sensibility and are able to identify when a layout feels off-balanceYou’re organized, methodical, and committed to continuous improvement.You think critically, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly across teams.Must have experience with BrowserStack, project management tools, and working with ecommerce brands.Familiarity with A / B testing and basic web development processes preferred.Must be able to work EST hours.Compensation : $1000 - $1800 USD per month, dependent on experience
