Senior Architect

Milroc Good Earth Developers is seeking a Senior Architect.

We are looking for an experienced architect who is detail-oriented, passionate about design, able to work effectively with external consultants, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Candidates must have working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modelling, the Adobe Suite, Rhinoceros other rendering software like Twinmotion / Enscape.

Should work closely with lead designers and junior architects.

Coordinate effectively with MEP, structure, landscape, and other consultants.

A comprehensive understanding of local building codes.

Qualifications & Skills :

B.Arch. / M.Arch. with at least 5 years of professional experience.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Must have excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
