You need to be a HODLer of these :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a trading / financial services / technology client-facing role, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or brokerage sector.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of trading, particularly algorithmic and crypto trading (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
