Verification and Validation Test Engineer

Position responsibilities :

• It is the responsibility of the tester to create and run test cases (nominal, negative,
• limitations, robustness) to guarantee that the code under development behaves as expected.
• Learn the ins and outs of the project by studying the user requirements, use cases, system, and product specifications
• Conduct regression, integration, and validation tests
• To actively participate in the analysis, reporting, and documentation of concerns
• Work in an agile test environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain subject matter expertise and mentor team members.

Required Skills :

4 years experience in Product / System verification : drafting and executing test cases and test plans

• Experience with defect and task tracking platforms such as JIRA or comparable
• Capability to maintain traceability using existing tools between the test plan, test cases, automation sequences, and the requirements
• Experience with communication and network protocols (DNS, Proxy, etc)
• Experience in functional verification of devices using various communication protocols, such as Ethernet networks, Modbus / TCP, WiFi, NFC, and Bluetooth
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Technical aptitude and a desire to learn
• Good level of English
