Position : HR Intern
Location : S-14, Industrial Area, Nildoh, Hingna Road, MIDC, Nagpur
Duration : 6 Months
Stipend : ₹5,000 per month
Reporting To : HR Manager
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Support in onboarding & induction of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in preparation of HR letters, reports, and policies.
- Provide support in payroll and attendance management.
- Research and share insights on HR trends and best practices.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)
Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or ATS tools (preferred)Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)
